Understand our policies and protect your rights as a Chierici Jewelry customer

Shopping and Payments

  • Prices and payment terms are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The order will be processed after payment confirmation.

Deadlines and Deliveries

  • Shipping: within 3 business days after payment confirmation (customized pieces: up to 20 business days).
  • Delivery: carried out by Correios (Brazilian Post Office). The deadline varies according to the shipping type and destination zip code.

Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you may request a return or exchange of the product within 7 calendar days after receipt.

Mandatory conditions:

  • The product must not show signs of use
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by all items and accessories sent

After analysis, we offer:

  • Exchange for another product
  • Credit for a new purchase
  • Refund according to the payment method

Warranty Term

Chierici Jewelry guarantees the quality of its pieces, made of 925 silver, with an 18k gold or white rhodium plating and application of carefully selected natural stones.

Warranty Coverage

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), we offer a 90-day legal warranty, plus an additional 6-month complementary warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • Structural defects in the piece
  • Manufacturing flaws
  • Problems with the setting of natural stones (when not resulting from misuse)

What is NOT covered by the warranty

  • Natural wear and tear of gold or rhodium plating
  • Damage caused by improper use or use outside of recommendations
  • Drops, impacts or accidents
  • Contact with chemical agents (perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products)
  • Damage or breakage of natural stones
  • Signs of continuous use or normal wear and tear
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties

Analysis Procedure

When you request a warranty claim, the item undergoes technical analysis. If we determine a manufacturing defect, we will:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent product

If there is no manufacturing defect, we will return the item. We can provide a repair quote if desired.

How to Care for Your Jewelry

Chierici jewelry is made with noble materials and natural stones that require specific care. Durability depends directly on how you use and care for them:

  • Remove jewelry when bathing, playing sports, or using chemicals
  • Store in a dry and safe place
  • Clean regularly with a suitable soft cloth
  • Avoid drops and impacts
  • Keep away from perfumes and cosmetics
